Product Description
Ceftriaxone Sulbactum 4.5Gm INJ Nicocef-SB has been specifically formulated to assure rapid action with wide coverage against numerous bacterial strains. It is an antibiotic formulation which is prescribed for treatment of intra-abdominal infections, mastitis, and surgical prophylaxis. This injection is administered via IV or IM routes and assures very high kill ratio. Upon administration, it gets completely absorbed in body with elimination half-life of up to 8.7 hours. Ceftriaxone Sulbactum 4.5Gm INJ Nicocef-SB shows strong affinity for transamidases and works by binding to them for inhibiting synthesis of bacterial cell wall. It shows no metabolism in body and gets excreted from kidney.
